The Power of Her Summit soft launch proved that impact doesn’t require perfection. After pivoting to a virtual women’s empowerment event, women showed up ready to grow and connect. Podcast-style sessions and live conversations shared real stories of confidence, resilience, and self-belief. Rooted in a Come As You Are mindset, the summit celebrated authenticity, community, and self-empowerment. Sessions will be on YouTube in January.

Why yes, I drove to Tennessee for In-N-Out Burger. It's not the craziest thing I've ever done and I did get to see family that lives in the area, win-win. We went to the one in Lebanon, TN and waited about an hour. According to staff, that's the average wait time since they opened! That's wild to me. I'm a huge In-N-Out Burger fan and whenever I am out West, I get it. I go out of my way to get it! It's so good! I feel like it's a good alternative to those golden arches when y

Have you noticed that we have gotten really good at talking…without actually saying anything? Conversations are typically surface level, quick, and then it’s off to the next thing. We are so used to putting on this front that everything is fine and acting like we don’t need friendships that are more than pleasantries. It’s become normal to just do a dinner and catch each other up on the quick versions of our lives. There’s not a whole lot of connection or deeper conversation

Okay, before you write this off as another new agey/bull honkey thing, hear me out. I created these foundations to help keep everything focused and intentional. You can choose what works for you and skip what you aren't interested in. These are just things that I view as foundational in my journey of self growth and self acceptance.
